Return & Refund Policy

At PAMVIO, we take great care to deliver high-quality mobile accessories and ensure that each product undergoes quality checks before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, all items sold on pamvio.in are strictly Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable unless the product received is damaged or defective on arrival.

Eligibility for Replacement (If Applicable)

A replacement request is accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is physically damaged.

  • The product is defective or not functioning as intended.

  • The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered.

Important:

  • Replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A clear unboxing video showing the full package opening, shipping label, and the issue is mandatory for validation.

  • Requests without proof or made after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.

What Is Not Eligible

  • Change of mind or incorrect model ordered by the customer

  • Product damaged after usage

  • Missing accessories due to improper handling

  • Items without unboxing proof

Process for Replacement Request

  1. Email us at pamvio24@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order ID, issue description, and a valid unboxing video.

  3. Our team will investigate and approve/reject the request based on evidence.

  4. If approved, a replacement will be sent within 3–5 business days.

Refund Policy

Since our items are non-returnable, refunds are processed only if:

  • The ordered product is out of stock for replacement

  • The order was canceled before dispatch

Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
